Clear and Frosted
Two transparent options in 1/8" (3mm) cast acrylic. Clear is glossy on both sides with glass-like transparency; frosted is matte on both sides and diffuses light rather than passing it straight through.
Which one
Choose clear when you want the material to disappear — display cases, photo frames, product stands, engraved awards and plaques. Choose frosted when you want to soften a light source or add privacy — LED panels, lamp shades, room dividers and office signage.
Edge-lit signs
Clear is the sheet for edge-lit work. Engraving scatters light wherever the tool cuts, so the engraved design glows while the rest of the panel stays transparent.
Cutting
Most CO2 machines at 40W and up cut 1/8" (3mm) in a single pass, leaving the polished edge that makes clear acrylic worth using in the first place.
