Solid Colors

Opaque cast acrylic in thirteen colors, all 1/8" (3mm) thick and cut to 12" × 19". Most sheets carry a glossy face and a matte face, so a single sheet gives you two finishes depending on which side you present.

Why cast, not extruded

Cast acrylic (PMMA) engraves to a frosted white and cuts with a clean, polished edge. Extruded sheet is cheaper but engraves gray and tends to melt rather than vaporize at the kerf, which is why laser and CNC work almost always calls for cast. We stock cast only.

Cutting

Most CO2 machines at 40W and up cut straight through 1/8" (3mm) in a single pass — no second pass, no flipping the sheet. The frosted white engrave reads clearly against every color in this range, including the darks.

Indoor or outdoor

Solid colors are UV- and weather-resistant, so they hold up outside as well as in — signage, house numbers and planter markers included.

Order a sample first

Every color is available as a 2" × 2" sample square for $1.50. Colors read differently on a screen than they do in hand, and sampling a few is cheaper than committing to the wrong sheet.
